Sounds like the teachers at school, they have to 'differentiate' and provide different learning strategies for different children to get the best out of them. There are mind maps on all the classroom walls!

The bit about Edison and his ball bearings can't be quite true, though---I would have said that he just went and made Tesla do all the work.
